The space
Our Greenlife Village is situated overlooking the fairway of Golf Rio Real and the mountains on the landward side. The Golf Club House is about 400 m away and has a bar, restaurants, tennis, and golf. The beach is just 1.5km away. Marbella town centre is just 5 minutes away by car.
The apartment has an internal area of 107.66 sq m with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large shower room, living area, kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, micro wave and conventional ovens and two large (32.9 sq m) and one small terrace (2.4 sq m). Standard UK TV channels are available. It has free Wi-fi and air conditioning throughout the property. With a double sofa bed in the living room this apt can comfortably sleep up to 6 people.
There is a communal pool and a children’s paddling pool set in well-kept gardens. The development has electrically operated gates for added safety.

Other things to note
Our normal check-in time is from 15:00 onwards. However, if the property is ready before this time then we can cater for earlier arrivals. Even if the apartment is not completely ready guests will still be able to leave their luggage at the property until it is ready for occupation.
On the day of departure, we ask that guests vacate the property at 10:00am. Later check-out times can be requested but will be subject to availability and may come with an additional charge.
No pets are allowed at this property.
Clean sets of towels and bed linen will be provided on arrival. Should any changes of these items be required during the stay then this service can be offered at an additional charge. Prices for this can be provided on request.
